Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Cash Refunds: Unity is our Hope, which maintains a no-cash refund policy for event cancellations. We will issue credits as follows:

Early Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a 75% refund, redeemable for any upcoming Unity is our Hope member event or all members’ events.
Mid-Period Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund, redeemable for future Unity is our Hope events.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

This policy ensures fair participation while allowing the Unity is Our Hope team to plan and execute events effectively
